A Planned Full-Arch Implant Treatment
All-on-4 replaces an entire upper or lower arch of missing or failing teeth using just four titanium implants anchored in dense areas of the jawbone. The two rear implants are angled to use available bone. Whether grafting is needed depends on anatomy and the treatment plan.
A fixed, non-removable bridge is attached to those implants. A provisional bridge may be attached on surgery day when clinical stability allows; the final restoration follows the individualized treatment plan.
