What is All-on-6?

A Six-Implant Full-Arch Option

All-on-6 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed, non-removable prosthetic supported by six titanium implants. The two extra implants — compared with All-on-4 — may provide additional support when anatomy and restorative design make six implants appropriate.

It is not automatically better for every patient. Bone availability, implant position, hygiene access, bite forces, cost and the planned prosthesis all affect the choice.

  • Fixed, non-removable teeth
  • Additional implant support
  • Case-specific restorative design
  • May suit selected upper arches
  • Natural, lifelike appearance
  • Requires ongoing professional maintenance

Six Implants

Two additional posts vs. All-on-4 distribute stress and lock the bridge in place.

Additional Support

Two additional implant positions may support the planned prosthesis when clinically appropriate.

Zirconia Aesthetics

Custom-milled prosthetic mimics real enamel translucency and light reflection.

Long-Term Maintenance

Implants and prosthetic components need daily cleaning, professional maintenance and occasional repair or replacement.

All-on-4 vs. All-on-6 — Which Is Right for You?

The appropriate design depends on anatomy, implant position, bite forces, hygiene access, restorative space, maintenance preferences and budget.
